How long will it take for my parcel to arrive?

Orders are fulfilled and dispatched 1-2 working days after the orders are placed . On some occasions this may be extended. All orders are handed over to New Zealand Post on an overnight courier service. Majority of parcels will arrive overnight within in the North Island, however South Island deliveries do often take 2 working days. Allow 2 extra days for rural delivery. 

Where is my parcel being sent from?

All orders are dispatched from Hawkes Bay, New Zealand

How do I clean my

Pillow Slides are made from a completely waterproof and stain resistant material. There is no specific way to clean your slides. Most marks will wipe off with a cloth. For more stubborn stains, soak in water water with a dishwasher tablet, then scrub the marks with water and dish soap

What are Pillow Slides made from?

Pillow Slides are made from EVA- "an elastomeric polymer that produces materials, which are “rubber-like” in softness and flexibility. The material has good low-temperature toughness, stress-crack resistance, hot and resistance to UV radiation"


How do I clean my Winter Scarf?

These scarves are made from a brushed wool, cotton mix and should be treated delicately. The less washing the scarves get the longer the soft texture will be preserved. In the case of needing to clean your scarf, do not machine wash. Very carefully hand wash these scarves in cold water and a small amount of wash powder. Soak and gently agitate, Lightly squeeze out as much water as possibly. Do not ring out or twist water out of the wet scarf. Hang from a coat hanger in a dry area

How do Pre-orders work?

In some instances, some variants of products may be sold out, however Funk Monger is happy to offer products on 'Pre-Order'. This service means that a customer may purchase a product in advance and the product will be ordered on request. Most products take an average of 7- 10 working days to get to the Funk Monger office. Once received and checked, the product will be dispatched to the customer.


If you have purchased a pre-order from a market/show, the products are all ordered the day after the entire market or show has finished.

My parcel hasn't arrived. What do I do?

If you are expecting a parcel from Funk Monger you should have received an email with your tracking number. Add the number provided into the New Zealand Post tracking website to check the status the parcel.

If your parcel seems to have unusual scans or is taking longer than than 3 working days, please reply to your dispatch email from Funk Monger and let us know! NZ Post will always work with the sender not the receiver so let us deal with the couriers

Shipping Policy

Shipping costs are a flat rate of $6 New Zealand wide for urban addresses anda Flat rate of $10 for Rural New Zealand Wide. Funk Monger does not currently offer international shipping at checkout, however this can be arranged upon request. Shipping costs will apply. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.

This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

Rural customers are expected to pay for rural shipping. In the instance of the incorrect shipping rate selected upon checkout, an email and invoice for the difference will be issued to the customer prior to dispatch. If the customer does not wish to proceed with the rural payment, we will request a non rural address for shipping.

Return & Exchange Policy

Return Due To Change Of Mind

Funk Monger will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 10 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resellable condition.

Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.


Once returns are received and accepted, refunds or exchanges will be processed. (Funk Monger) will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.
